Job Title: Coating Inspector / Supervisor | Industrial Painter Blaster Supervisor Location: Port Botany, Sydney NSW Pay: $80/hour flat (for 60 hours/week) Role Overview You will supervise our industrial painting and surface‐preparation crews: allocate and monitor tasks, ensure coating specifications and quality standards are met, maintain safe work practices and liaise with project managers/clients. Key Requirements Experience in industrial painting, blasting, priming, structural steel coatings. Previous supervisory or team-lead role. Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills. Current driver’s licence. Mandatory Certifications / Tickets Construction Industry White Card. Certificate III in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent). Working at Heights training. Confined Space Entry/Work as applicable. Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket preferred. AMPP / NACE International Coating Inspector Program Level 2 (CIP2) or above – required.
